Yes. I have been told I can't talk to my coworkers until disciplinary actions have been concluded. Fact finding investigation for harassment (supervisor doing the harassing ). Cant talk about investigating or talk to anyone but 1 supervisor. They also put me on temp detail in another department.

I have been fired in the past with a temp job talking about pay. Years ago. Wish I knew this.

Ok this is perfect, yes Iin writing I was told that I could not discuss anything with anyone other than superintendent or HR director cause they told me I must refrain from any actions which could hamper or frustrate the Admins ability to fully n fairly investigate the matter. Then directed me to not contact any staff at central office or other district staff, students, parents or board members about this matter. Said failure to follow I will be subject to additional disciplinary action. Conclusion of loudermill conf- unpaid suspension. After not being accommodated for last 5 months. Then fired for abandonment of job.
