These are great! Here are a couple more: revisit your childhood: what did you love to do as a child? I found that what I am passionate about now, I was also passionate about as a child. In my case, it is art. I remember being surrounded by broken crayons, sketchpads, paints, etc as a child. Write - make a list of everything in life that makes you happy. Sometimes thoughts and ideas come to you more easily when you write. It works for me. I have so many lists.

I have been reading your book and I think my One Word is #Freedom. 2 of the things I love doing most is making music and playing video games. I had the most passion making music when I did whatever I wanted to do with it, but once I learned about all of these "rules" with songs, freestyles, presenting yourself, marketing, battles etc I had much less passion. I love video games, because I have the freedom to be who I want to be in the game and choose my own path and how I play. I have always been interested in revolutionaries. One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone tries to label me and put me in a box or even labeling myself in a way where I feel like I have to act a certain way. I like to go against the grain and be different. There are certain ways I want to dress and have my hair that everyone I have mentioned it to said I shouldn't do(I plan on doing these things once I am financially able to and when I grow my hair back). I get depressed working a 9-5 even if it is a good job and I have fun with the people there, because I feel like I can't fully be myself. To some degree I can, but there are certain things about my personality that would go against policies and get me fired. I have conflict in relationships with others when I feel like they are restricting my choices/personality or tell me to do things a certain way. One of my fav anime characters is Eren Jaeger from Attack on Titan. He was passionate about fighting for freedom even though the titans were huge creatures that could regenerate, were hard to kill and killed humans. He joined the scouts to take the fight directly to the titans and the symbol of the scouts is the wings of freedom. I even have an armband with the symbol on it. I feel like my passion is based around my desire for freedom in many different forms.

actually i'm a little confused..as i just started to train by brain with desire and keeping faith and autosuggestion with my goals and my passion..andi have to travel to a place for 4 days and i dont want the momentum to get disturbed or my mind to get distracted with my goal as i am learning the process of autosuggestion..so what should i do to keep on the same mindset and still enjoy the travelling and keep on learning..do help me evan..we love you :)

Hi Evan, I think I've figured it out. I know that I've volunteered for a lot of things throughout high school. My passion is to help people. In this case I helped children at a Community Child Care Center. I received a letter recommendation from the teachers that worked there.
