What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

For some reason this reminded me of my life 20 years ago when I would party, times that I grew to regret. But somehow confronting it in this venue makes it so harmless. Yeah I did ecstasy a dozen times and most of the bonding was fake, but it was just kids being kids. I really don't know why this was my take away but thank you for being a safe space for me to confront this trauma from half a life ago. It has really helped.
