I feel like I haven’t made a fast instructional video in a long time!

looking at my content, I feel like I’ve been experimenting a lot more with new concepts and titles. do you guys miss the og rebecca?

I know a lot of you subscribed for my fast adhd ASMR and I don’t think I’ve delivered that to you recently.

Rebecca! First of all, happy birthday! Second of all, here lately I have been going through obsessive thinking. A handful of months ago, I don't know how to explain this but my vision felt "stuck"... Like my eyes stayed stuck on one thing, and it was hard to move them away from looking at that thing.. And by "thing", I don't literally mean only one thing, I just mean a thing at a time if that makes sense. It was as if my eyes were paralyzed. This lasted a few days. But ever since then, I have been so anxious that it will happen to me again! Anytime I stare off into space, or look at anything for any length of time, I'm scared my "locked vision" will happen again... So that leads me to not be able to relax, or focus in the moment. BUT, your videos have been a God send! They teach me that I'm actually completely okay, and I'm just going through it mentally. I follow all your instructions just fine. Your videos are also training my eyes & mind to get stronger. So thank YOU a billion times, Rebecca! You are seriously helping me more than you know!!!! Your channel is a gift to me.
