This is being packaged as a warning that unless payment is made, domain names and web ranking may suffer. This is of course not the case.

Thank you for the alert! I just got an E-mail from them shortly after obtaining a domain name. Luckily, I didn't act upon it and Googled their name instead. Even more luckily, there was a fine gentleman like you who took the time to warn others of the scam. Much appreciated!
