120fps is not enough for e-sports at 1080p
240fps is when you start to feel that amazing lack of input lag where you can actually begin to use the benefits of 2000 polling rate mouse.

Played for a college team in 2022, St Francis University Valorant esports program. We had shitty computers, most kids bought a laptop and hooked it up to a monitor in the game room. Cool to see some kids are being taken care of

bro... those PCs would run 1080p at 700+ fps at least with the players' graphics settings and the esports team/multimedia club could also use it to play other games in their free time I bet

To be fair even this could have been a little overkill, in any esports of any game the pros will have their settings at the minimum

The orders were MASSIVE. I cant even IMAGINE building that many pcs. With these builds their skills will TAPER and never FADE away.

bro the amount of misconception between performance in scenic games and rapid trigger games is actually stupid, you should invest in a higher end cpu than gpu, you want faster ram, and 200-240 fps is a must if it's for above entry level competitive players
