Another is an incredibly interesting look at interesting, edible plants and trees you can grow, many of which you probably have never heard of or seen. So many great ones here! The last book is written by the experienced and encouraging British gardener Carol Klein, and she shares in extensive detail (along with gorgeous, detailed photos!) how to propagate almost any plant you want!

Great and fun video Kim. I look forward to watching this from your channel and those in the comments. I didn’t know Paprika came from a pepper. As you know I have never started growing peppers (except for green peppers 😅) so I will watch from the sideline. I’ve used capers probably once or twice. Coffee — the mystery seed — I think a lot of coffee drinkers will love this. Very interesting. Will be definitely watching your progress. Thanks Kim for sharing.
