I have the S23 Ultra & I don't have those 3 dots in the messages area to get additional settings
weird that these simple settings arent anywhere in the settings menu either :\
Edit: ok so instead of the 3 dots, you will see a picture of your icon for whatever your google account uses, you need to tap that to get the settings.
