The global Flood occurred about 4,500 years ago based on biblical chronologies. After the Flood, the earth was repopulated by Noah’s three sons and their wives. So we should find genetic signatures of this timeline in human DNA. While a number of previous studies by both secular and creation scientists have supported this general timeline, a recent study using extensive newly available high quality DNA sequence data for the human Y-chromosome confirms the earlier research and solidifies the Bible’s history of modern human origins.

One single meta-analysis of previously published research papers that continiously critizises them, calls them "biased" and intentionally misses the point of many of it's steps, published in a non-scientific journal, is hardly evidence of something as outrageous as the takedown of the entirety of modern evolutionary science and the history of Earth.

Easily refuted. Conserved regions evolve at a slower rate than regulatory regions. So comparing the regulatory regions to conserved regions and expecting the same rate of mutations is just completely bad science. This in no way shows the earth is young. Nice try though.

Does it have to be pointed out that this "paper" isn't published in a peer-reviewed journal? In fact NO "creationist paper" has ever been published in anything BUT creationist journals where peer review by anyone who doesn't already adhere to the dogma isn't allowed. These "papers" are utterly bogus, unverified by design, because they're completely unsupported by any evidence. Ever. If even ONE such researcher actually unearthed evidence that would have a scintilla of a chance of proving their point, they'd definitely publish it in legitimate scientific journals. The very fact they don't is the single most telling fact that proves they have not objective evidence of their claims beyond "the bible tells me so."
