Are you supposed to set up the phone before you install the sim card? Why?

I wanted to use A53 just as a wifi device, without a SIM card, but it won't let me. the first screen I get is insert SIM card and there is no way around it :(

I just got my new phone and something is wrong and I don't know what..even verizon tech support can't help me. When I take photos they dissappear and when I try and watch any video it does the thinking circle for 30 seconds every time. I've already returned the phone and this is my second and it's doing the same

My new A53 doesn't allow mobile data to work it only allows wifi. How do I make both of them work?

Phone is laggy, and stutters. Very slow performance from the Exynos 1280. Terrible experience for the money.

It's not good.. waste..i want use 2 sim and sd card also.. its can't use 2 sim and sd card.. waste..
