Quite good, makes a great side. If you're feeling more confident personally suggest adding a tablespoon of sugar to help caramelize the peppers further, as well as adding a splash of white wine vinegar; the flavors interact beautifully. Takes this simple dish to the next level.

Just had fried Bell peppers in the same way you suggested. It was heavenly, though I added 2-minutes pre-boiled broccoli and fried with for two minutes. Thanks for the tip.

those onions are burnt not browned. turn down the flame and make sure to stir lol

Stef looks great!! So do u eze on the eyes but??? What is the temperature u keep the burner on? I have a problem with overcooking i do like them well done??? I do not know the temperature of the burners just that it is low to high with numbers up to 10.... any advice would be appreciated... thanks

OMG I got to 2.19min and I said i need to stop this video now because if i see another face pop on my screen and her saying back to basic again im going to scream... But i couldn't resist so I carried on watching and what did i see? Another back to basic lol, I so regret watching it to the end... Great recipe love it

Banana peppers, Vidalia onions and tomatoes in olive oil. Salt and a little sugar optional. Served with bread. That's what we ate growing up.
