After recently reading Othello’s Children and the New world by Jose P Bey, I believe that there were already Indigenous Moors or “Black” people in America before Columbus. I agree also that our Moorish Ancestors of Iberia played a big part in the Trans Atlantic Slave trade which enslaved mass amounts of our people around that world, which in turn made it easier for Mamelukes to enslave “Blacks”.
