Thanks for sharing! Much deeper dive than the other vids showing error 10 issue with the fan. The fan was my issue for awhile, but now cleaning no longer prevents the error 10. Going to clean the burner assembly next.

I fixed error code 12 by changing the flame rods with new ones. This usually keeps it going for about another year before experiencing the error again. If I just clean the flame rods with scotch brite pads, that only fixes it for a few weeks, so it is better to replace them entirely. I used compressed air to clean debris from the grid with the compressed air straw poking through the flame rod holes. If the problem happens again I am thinking of taking out the whole grid unit according to your video to clean the combustion dust off better.

It's just dust in the grid unit that needs to be blown out with air? No carbon deposits or anything that builds up and needs cleaning for that piece?
