Really good video. Thanks. Way more in depth than other video's I watched about this topic.

Interesting, but my aero press came with paper filters. I really liked it when I was working. The aero press is better. You can do so much with it. Now I use a Breville pro to make my morning drink, and I love it.

Hey Steven, I’m always confused about the Bold and Strong words that describe the immersion brewing method. Having said that, I want to know your thoughts about how will you describe the difference of bold and strong taste of an immersion method versus an espresso method. By the way, your video endings are hilarious!!!

Hmm, does 'bold' include chocolate feels? I have some beans that have heavier oils which only come through with the press, paper filters it out. And while it doesn't taste of chocolate, the oils give it a chocolate feel to the mouth, rich.

I think it is better if you do the actual demonstration in this video.
