Paste without formatting on Win: CTRL + SHIFT + V, on Mac: Shift + Option + Command + V. With that said, I highly recommend using a clipboard extension that supports pasting from history and other features - like Ditto on Win and Maccy on Mac.

I'm kinda of disapointed with Macbook, after buying my first Mac M1 early 2020, Not beeing able to run Windows, even after tried everything with QEMU and parallels, was not good enough like old bootcamp.. Backing to old powerhorse desktop days
