I have a relatively small magnavox crt, along with a much larger panasonic crt. The magnavox has much better colors than the panasonic, but worse overall video quality compared to the panasonic due to the fact that it only takes rf, and they are hooked up to all the same consoles with a splitter, and they can run simultaneously which is great for multiplayer. I also tend to prefer my small magnavox for much older colorful sprite based games such as snes and such, while my panasonic is great for most games with 3d graphics, such as gc, dreamcast, or ps2.
