I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to watch and record Boom’s XB-1 aircraft’s first flight here in Mojave California. Sorry for the quality, I shot it on my iPhone and did absolutely no editing.

Very cool, but how close does this put us to Overture’s first flight? I would think that would be a bigger priority, considering how deep airlines like United and American have invested in it.

Not sure why, but this thing reminds me of the TSR.2 a bit.

It does kind of resemble a miniature supersonic airliner with the tube shaped fuselage and high fineness ratio

I don't know, but for me in this video the plane noise is loud as Concorde I've seen many years ago here at Rio de Janeiro international airport.
I couldn't see any difference at all! 😮😊🇧🇷 Is there any difference?
