The Supersonic aircraft which have the shortest take off roll are the Saab Gripen and the Dassault Rafale, they both use Close Coupled Delta Canard planforms. The Rafale Take off weight is 2.5 times the empty weight!
The Viggen, predecessor to the Gripen was designed with a close coupled canard to achieve short take off runs with a low deck angle. It too is a Supersonic aircraft.
