personally i go for like more hp items (if u can call them that)
build: tri force, steraks, sundered, chainsaw and amarath for a bit of defence. Boots with that sheild enchant
i think this is a standard build

Q start is not faster at all. E start will have u clearing blue side 5 seconds faster

use instantly 2nd ability, grants to u shield and speed boost if is at 5 stacks, u will use 2nd ability 2 or 3 times against one enemy

I was playing as Lilia, had 4 items and almost lost to vi 1v1 with 2 items

What about Vi with boots Tri Force/Divine Sun, Heartsteal, Sundered Sky, Titanic and Amaranth? Same runes but more health tank.

It probably looses out on some damage.
