I dye my own hair at home using L'oreal casting creme gloss 360 (black cherry)

I'm 36 and my skin is normal with a slightly oily t zone and early signs of aging like fine lines as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I DO NOT use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have olive skin. My face is often a LOT lighter than my body because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

I go the opposite direction for work. I’m a nursing home nurse and the little old ladies just go nuts when I wear more glittery or shiny eyeshadows. I wear a lot of Pat McGrath’s blitz astral shadows to work or the real shiny and reflective Natasha Denona shadows. It makes the ladies happy so I’m more than happy to do something as simple as wearing glittery eyeshadow to work to bring them some joy. When I do wear something more muted I’ll go for Charlotte Tilbury, mainly the big pillowtalk palette. My boyfriend much prefers it when I use that one lol

I would definitely add the ND Glam palette! I honestly think this is such an easy palette and it isn’t as glam as people think. Hands down my favorite for every day work from home!

I’m 52 and work in the stuffy and conservative oil and gas industry and I have pink or purple hair (depending on how many times it’s been washed lol) and I wear shimmer or metallic on my lids every day lol I’m definitely not the norm!

My work palettes have been completely overrun by the new DIOR quints ! Perfect for office, meetings, after work drinks and travel. Specifically Soft Cashmere, Nude dress and New look. Superior formula as well. Also Chanel healthy glow in medium in a staple when I travel.

I'd add in the Wayne Goss palette, I'm finding that this little fella is getting used more by me than anything else.
Also, one and done cream/liquid shadows are fantastic for when I'm really in a mad rush (I've even slapped some on in the car, I'm a passenger btw).

Mine is the Urban decay naked palette but i also love the Charlotte tilbury chameleon eyeshadow pencils, they are a great one and done blend out so fast and not to in your face but a little bit of shimmer

Great idea! What about a one and done video? My favourite for the office is CT eyes to mesmerise in Jean / champagne. It is very natural but just the perfect light gold.

I love all the colors in these palettes, and it was what i reach for mostly in my own collection with other palettes that have the same or similar colors. Working in an office (not currently) in the private business sector, the neutral eye look with a bit of color is perfect. Thanks for sharing your favorites.

Excellent video! My choices are CT Sophisticate, CT Desert Haze, Wayne Goss palette, TF Cocoa Mirage (no longer available unfortunately) and ND Camel palette.

Although I have a few warm toned palettes, I'm much more suited to those that are cool toned. CT Sophisticate, ND Glam, ABH Sultry, Dose of Colours Pretty Cool and Too Faced Natural Eyes are probably my real favourites ♥.

For the office, I typically just wear a matte warm brown all over the lid and crease. The Viseart Milieu palette is my favourite for this look.
