"You gotta love Microsoft, they love changing names." Yes, product and feature naming often feels like a gift that just keeps on giving (much like licensing) to those of us who blog about it😆. Having said that, there's usually always a reason behind the change that can give you an idea of where the specific services are heading. The broader audience that will discover these business application platform capabilities via Teams is ultimately more reliant on the documentation and UI terminology making sense to them. Us XRM veterans could often find our way to navigate through the UI even in a langauge we don't speak, because we already have the mental model in our heads. We'll survive & the platform will thrive🥳
