Well, all my theories are lining up, Martinez leaps into Ben in the future, Ben stops Ben, somehow Martinez leaps to the present tries to kill present Addison only somehow Janice from her own stolen dads parts leaps in and chases Martinez back to the future shoots him BOOM future Addison is saved.

i just got finished watching this episode on my iphone on their nbc website and the episode Judgement Day was awesome and epic it is "the best season one finale ever." i also liked how when Ben was in 2018 and saw his own reflection in the mirror he said finally I'm in my own "body" this time. i also think Sam probably felt the Same way when he saw his own reflection in the episode mirror image.

The one thread that wasn't wrapped up was the apocalyptic future that Martinez came from. Ian said that PQL was the scapegoat of bad government policies. This tells me that the future that causes the apocalypse is still going to happen. Anyone else have any ideas on this?

Here’s my take on the final original QUANTUM LEAP. Unless they change it, Sam is FOREVER leaping in time as himself on his own volition. He’s been elevated almost to an angel. Then he leaps out and people will forget he’s there. He will probably continue to leap after he dies like that Stawpah.
