Today is another work hack Wednesday where I share one easy and quick work productivity tip with you to help you make the most of your time at work and upskill yourself!

These are useful regardless of if you're looking to be a Google PM or PMI-focused PM. In general, these tips could apply to anyone working in a corporate environment and are based on my own learnings.

Today, we will discuss: what happens when a customer wants to expand or increase scope? How do you help them understand the risk to the current timeline or budget? Is there a better alternative that just saying 'no' when a change is asked for? Yes, there is. Instead of framing each conversation with a stakeholder as 'no', focus instead of the phrase 'yes, if'. This helps you explain as a PM that there is a cost associated with each change and puts the onus back on the stakeholder/customer to decide if the cost is worth the change.
