Pressure Cooker recipe below:

Ingredients
• 200g of Cavatappi Pasta
• 40g Butter
• 50g Provolone Cheese
• 50g Aged Cheddar Cheese
• 50g Gouda Cheese
• Sea Salt
• Freshly Ground Pepper
• 1 cup Water
• 1⁄2 cup Milk

For Plating:
• Chili Flakes
• Sun Dried Tomatoes
• Chives
• Grated Provolone Cheese

Cooking Instructions:
1.With your Yedi Pressure Cooker off add to the internal pot the butter, cavatappi pasta, water, milk, pepper, and salt; mix it all well. Close the lid, and turn the valve to “Seal”.
2. Pressure cook it for 4 minutes on HIGH.
3. After 4 minutes, manually release the pressure with care. With the pasta still inside, let the liquids reduce, and then add all 3 cheeses. Continuously stir it all, until the cheeses have melted and mixed with the pasta.
4. Serve the Mac & 3 Cheeses topping with grated provolone cheese, chili flakes, sun dried tomatoes, and chives. Enjoy!
