Instant Pot Mac and Cheese - Quick and simple kid's lunch box

My daughter loves Mac and Cheese. Whenever I pack her school lunchbox with something new and healthy and delicious, its comes back as is. Yet when I send Mac and Cheese it comes back so clean I wonder if I forgot to pack her lunch.

This recipe for mac and cheese is extremely simple and easy to make. It requires a bit of stirring so an arm workout is included in the recipe!

Ingredients:
Elbow Macaroni - Half a cup
Milk - 1 cup
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Cheese - 2 slices (Increase this quantity for creamier taste)
Salt, as per taste
