Ben Shapiro and Russell Brand…two people who couldn’t be more different. And yet here they are discussing issues with respect and civility. Crazy. Pay attention folks, this is how it’s done and this is what would save society…if people weren’t so addicted to the drama and divisiveness 💯

Ah, a civil conversation between disagreeing parties, that nearly extinct form of communication. How refreshing. Thank you.

I love listening to these two together. Even though they have things they disagree on, they are both open to listen and talk. They don't take it personally when the other disagrees. But we need Russell back on Rogan again!

Along with the ever changing definition of "Racism", "peaceful protest", "hate", list goes on and on.

Why am I continually surprised by how wise and articulate Russell Brand is?! He is just delightful every time I hear him be interviewed. Thank you for bringing his voice forward. Must respect to you both!

I have a dictionary that was made in 1988 and a dictionary that was made in 2021. The difference between the two is utterly astounding!

Saying this society is "thin-skinned" is much too generous. This is a generation of wet paper bags.

Refreshing to have a conversation without hate.

I commend Brand for his sensitivity and I know that everyone's experience is different. But I have seen accusations of harm used to manipulate others, especially sensitive people who wish to avoid any such accusations. That is a real thing and we can't ignore it. There are also people whose threshold for claiming "harm" is absurdly low, turning any inconvenience or cost into injustice, and injustice into harm. And there are people who nurse their feelings of hurt and resentment, and who expect the world to change rather than them having to do anything about it. Do I need to cater to these people? I don't think so.

I’ve taught kindergarten and first grade and it’s amazing how brutally mean, manipulative and selfish they are and how badly they treat one another even best friends turn on each other in a moment’s notice. It just proves to me that it’s human nature these kids weren’t taught to behave like this it’s in their DNA.

This is a great example of two different views, beliefs, etc from two completely different people and disagreeing on various topics yet being able to have a peacefully mature conversation with each other. Love it

More of this please. Two people I agree with at times and disagree with at times both on different ends of a spectrum seeking to find common ground and disagreeing amicably. The WORLD needs more of this type of example, if you ask me. Please do more of this!

Waiting for the Shapiro, Brand, Rogan & Schapelle Podcast. That would be epic.

I love it when Ben and Russel get together, been listening to Russel for years and seeing two logical minds come together from what could be called polar opposites of opinions in a civil way gives me hope for the future.

I subscribed to Ben and Russell since they first really started their own podcasts! Both really great, it's one of the only sane platforms to retreat to at the end of the day😁😁

I like Russell, but what he doesn't understand is that you can't please everyone all the time, it's impossible. Also, sometimes people need to hear "harmful" things to help them get ahead. Great discussion, though.

If a birthing person aborts a transgender fetus is that a hate crime? 🤔🤷‍♂️
