Inkscape Stroke (Outline) Blur Cut-Off Bug

Unfortunately, Inkscape fails to render blurry strokes of fonts correctly. It cuts off the render area for some reason.

The solution I found to this issue, in order not to brake editability, is to group the object with a much bigger rectangle completely transparent and apply the blur to the group. It works with shapes as well. Not the best solution indeed and the bug should be fixed, but at least it makes it work!
