Thanks, an amazing video!!!

Please consider including maybe some things about security like activating the system firewall to protect it, and also maybe the portsentry tool to avoid port scans, both are very easy to implement but also very useful too.

Thanks again!!!

I have always been looking forward to your videos since videos for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The videos you make are easy to understand to follow and they have helped me a lot. I wish all the best will come to you.

Superb presentation! I was considering uninstalling Ubuntu 22.04 and replacing it with Linux Mint. After viewing your video, I intend to customize it as you suggested and stay with it, at least for now. Thanks again for the excellent video.

Excellent and one of the most useful and simple walkthrough techniques to get your Ubuntu installation ready to rock and roll. I wonder if you have in mind a video demonstrating some of the tools a daily user should understand to maintain their Ubuntu system, e.g. smart tools + email notification for SSD and HDD alerts, some sort of live CPU and RAM monitoring on the desktop, and backup and restore e.g. timeshift. Thank you very much for all your great and useful tutorials, keep it up!

I hope your family is ok and thank you for inspiring me to load this version onto a spare machine. Actually the Snap mounted browser seemed to work much better than I was expecting, still considering this as an option for the daily...

omg. ubuntu is really starting to look so much nicer by default and easier to configure without having to go overboard with custom theme hacks. i really like the dark mode and the ability to configure the dock.

19:19 I have upgraded from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04. It worked pretty well, but when I log in (with wayland or xorg) my background picture is not taking the full screen like yours and on the top I have a search bar. I need to click on the reduced background pic so the background pic take the whole screen. it wasn't like that on ubuntu 20.04. what do I have to disable so I don't have that reduced background with that search bar at the top when I have logged in?

Thanks for video! It's seems that after some updates Firefox Snap got better. What is your opinion about Stacer or BleachBit cleaning tools? I use them for a long time and they seem to be good.

Now adding a working Tiling Manager would round up the whole video to perfect. Any advice? I had problems trying Pop shell tiling WM on Ubunut 22.04...

Hello. Could linux developers make setups of programs as in windows so it would be more user friendly than use terminal? I mean, icon that will run set of commands wich could not be learned or copypasted. Thanks
