A 3-axis gimbal would have been a better comparison as it is more common and stabilizes more. The 2-axis gimbal will naturally present less difference as it's not as stabalized.

the main advantage of gimbal is it keeps the horizon straight, and its got interesting features like motion timelapse etc. for most people gimbal is not necessary. theyre affordable so for people who would be doing phone videos alot its good to have. especially for the horizon lock. Good video!

2-axis gimbal is more or less like a half way gimbal.

This is a really cool item. Congratulations. I think a casual user does not need a gimbal. A gimbal is necessary for someone who shoots videos as a hobby.

Well I have to disagree with the conclusion of not needing a gimbal.. When it comes to low light or indoor lighting where one room can be dimly lit and another brightly lit, I believe gimal will be useful because then the EIS doesn't need to work that hard which should remove the shudders or whatever the term for it is
