How to program old Mitsubishi FX plc using GX Developer Upload/Download I/O test (English)

In This video we are testing Old FX series plc, using GX Developer were we will be uploading/downloading program, will look in to how to set up USB connection for use with SC-09 Cable. For related videos, parts and manuals please see below.

Nice video :). Is there an “easy” way to factory reset a Mitsubishi PLC? I got an second hand FX3G-14M but it has the original programming on it and I just want to delete it. This is my first PLC ever so no experience with it whatsoever. Computers and programming is a interest of mine so this seemed fun :)

I have some doubts, when uploading or downloading a copy from or to the plc, should I put it in stop ?, and then I have to download the 3 things, main, comments and parameters for a good backup?
