I live off-grid in the Arizona high desert. Everything is powered by solar, so I wonder what the wattage is on these coolers.

How long will it stay cool not plugged in? Is there an on-board battery to keep it running? Can it sit in a work truck for the day and keep things cold?

We had something like this back in the 90s. I think it was also Igloo. Never worked right. I would be very interested to know how ambient affects overall cooling. Does it work on a hot summer day outside powered by an outlet at a camp site?

How long is the DC cord? Will it reach from the lighter outlet to the back in an SUV? How long will it hold temp, unplugged at 72*?

How cold does it get? I like to stick my drinks in the freezer or an ice cooler full of ice to get it at the extremely cold temperature.

Does anyone know the interior measurements for the ICF18 & ICF32. The larger storage section is what I'm most interested in. The smaller side storage would be nice too. L x W

I bought one, had it for a day inside, all was well. Moved it into my Jeep for one day on 12v power and the internal fan bearing went and sounded like crunching when turning! I returned it and got another. Have you heard of this issue?
