My police clearance certificate is valid for 6 months but it is older then 3 months.. Now is it true that embassy only accept 3 months police clearance certificate?

I have received admission letter and JW202 form but there is no QR code on admission letter but there is on Jw202 form....is it acceptable if i don't have QR code on my admission notice

I called university to ask for focal person details but the university said i can provide the university email, and stuffs so can i provide that? Or i have a Guardian in China... He is Chinese... Can i provide his details as focal person? Or maybe i can provide both...
