Beta participants will get a sneak peek at how the Gran Turismo will pave the future of racing, competing in highly competitive races against other users across the country, and eventually, across the globe.

Participants will be able to choose from a select rotation of cars and tracks each day to race online against others during the beta phases. Track and car selections will vary during this period, and we made sure to offer different race class categories and course configurations to properly test our GT fans!

in my opinion the gt cars look a bit better with shading/lighting, but i feel the tracks/nature/sun look more vibrant and detailed in forza

Regarding the sound, I think both games could do better but in an opposite way.

GT has the problem that cars don't sound powerful enough, a bit to tame. On the other hand Forza cars sound too enhanced. A bit too much over the top imo.

Somewhere inbetween the 2 would be perfect.

As for visuals, I have to say that the lighting system of GT is pretty impressive as well as the car models and shadows.

Grand turismo fanboys don't care about forza or go to forza gameplay and shit talk about the game because they don't care. On the other hand forza fanboys think forza is the ultimate racing game in existence and shit talk everywhere which shows weakness about their game...

Thing i don't like about Forza sounds is that the sounds are way too exaggerated than its supposed to be they're trying to Hollywood it up

The main thing I personally dislike about GTS is the shifting sounds. On some cars they got it right, on others not so much.

the fancy lighting is all well an good for watching a replay on youtube but playing the game while while not being able to see is just not fun.. no matter how realistic it might be. it is a game after all.

Notice how Forza uses the same Subaru exhaust sound, which is probably aftermarket. Tire sounds are just horrible.

All comments are Sony fanboys you do not want to recognize techniques and graphics of Forza. When I was a child I played Gt3 Gt4 and Gt5 more later. In spite of that I find that Forza is much better realized Granturismo has no light of the blow I do not see the track

In the Corvette C7 GT3 comparison between the 2 games Forza looks much better, the car model looks better and you can see the cars movement on the road where as GTs the car is all stiff, there's no noticeable roll or bounce.
