The Aqara T1M being a good prime day deal is misleading as it's had a £35 voucher you can apply to it for as long as I've been looking at it. They've temporarily reduced the base price but removed the voucher, so you're actually paying more than you would've done outside of prime day

If you are going to by a Reolink doorbell, I highly suggest you get the POE version and spend the money saved on a POE injector or cheap POE switch if you don't already have cables there suitable to power it, coz you're mostly likely going to have to drill a hole in the wall for the power cable anyway. At least with it plugged in via Ethernet you're not gonna suffer from any wifi lag or issues.

I bought the wifi version for me sister at Christmas, she didn't set it up for months, if I had known about the power cable at the time I would've bought the POE version and helped her with POE devices to power it since she had to drill a hole anyway.

Just a comment on the Aqara TVOC Air Quality Monitor from the spreadsheet. I bought one a couple years ago and I had to give up on it. Like many people in the reviews, I found it disconnects often and apparently it's a battery contact issue, but after trying many things I gave up on it. Maybe I'm wrong about the issue, but I wish I had listened to the reviews.

It's currently sitting in a drawer sadly. While it works it's really cool, but we are talking constant disconnects, 2+ times a day that requires manual intervention.

In the US, the Aqara Hub M3 is a little confusing, because the discount doesn't show up until the checkout screen. Thanks for adding it to the list, I didn't think it was on sale!

About U200…. Please take a look from HA perspective without using external matter controller… there is little info about it so far. How that integrates (matter dongle? Bluetooth?) from privacy perspective and what features we are missing

The switchbot smart remote is about 20% off if you have a US based Prime membership (I didn’t, as I’m based in Oz, but I could join and order on the US site, then cancel my membership straight away)
I know the Switchbot remote does not work with HA yet, but it does seem to work with many other items directly. If it just makes sense of my TV, receiver, Plex server, etc., then that would be fine with me…

Do you have a video on your current smart blind setup that you mentioned with smart wings blinds?

I'm looking at starting down the smart blind route. Local distributers all want many hundreds of Euro for one small blind. But I'm reluctant to invest in online purchase without having seen some uses this side of the pond.

I wanted a new doorbell without a subscription but it has to be battery operated and slim 🙁 and always waiting for the frame tv to be on deal (in US it’s always included in the prime day deals 😖)
