The 4k hz dongle has a better antenna so even if at 1khz it saves 1 ms of input lag and its only like 15$. I used the viper 8k for a while and it helps but the shape wasnt for me. Click timing with razer optical switches and 4khz is amazing.

what about 2k hz mouse ? is it like when you go on a monitor from 60hz to 75hz or 120hz, you can definitely notice the difference, but when you go from 120 to 144 or from 165 to 240 and i for one cant notice the difference...

Been using the wired viper 8khz on 4000hz since it came out and it's just impossible to go back for me, even moving the mouse on the desktop feels awful on 1000hz (390hz shows it a lot haha)

I bought vgn dragonfly f1 pro and i was thinking about to use it as 2000 hz. Do you it's worth to use 2000 hz. I have 7735HS cpu and if i use 4000 hz i think i ll lose many fps. My monitor is 165 hz.

Im being using the Viper 8K very long and amazingly; I agree you will notice the difference with a high pulling rate mouse.

I have a 3080 and a 5600x and get around 130-150 fps in battle royal. Would you say that overclocking a controller is worth it considering that you would lose 10-15 fps?

I'm using a Darmoshark M3 4k Mouse and 4k HZ polling rate doesn't track well on warzone 2. It skips and lags behind sometimes especially when I flick a lot. Do you have the same experience? It's ok when I use 2k Hz Polling rate though. I'm wondering if it's because I'm using an average cpu, Intel Core i7 10700 with a RX 6800 XT GPU. My average fps is around 100-120 fps on 3440x1440 Ultrawide monitor.

people should mention that 2k polling rate and above, cancels ur macros. if u use macros on ur mouse, for example mb5 it will cancel if you move your mouse fast cause of too much buffer

I have a samsung g7 240hz screen that apparently is elite performance for 240hz (maybe not in recent months haha), is it a waste on that screen lol. I have a 7900 xt and 5800x3d. I mostly play cod, either multiplayer or warzone depending on my mood lol. I'm thinking if I should get the gwolves hsk pro ace or get the hsk pro 4k. The ace is $40 cheaper and 3 grams lighter (25g vs 28g) and if I wouldn't see a noticeable difference anyways I might as well get the ace version.

Mouse manufacturers had to move from DPI to another marketable number -> hence polling rate. 4000 hz is a gimmick; marketing bullshit. Going from 1 ms latency to 0.250 ms isn't noticeable; all placebo. From a good night sleep and a good diet you can reduce your reaction time by 10-20ms. Maybe even more. Don't waste your money on this bs. You are just wasting priceless CPU cicles and battery life.

Using deadadder v3 wired 8k at 1000hz still, can't notice any differences for the better...5800x3d, i dom't notice slow down or drops but its not better for me (180hz)
