Great topic!. This should be a highly viewed video on YouTube. The bottom line is that you will see the same negative issues at Google at almost all other successful tech companies. So why not be at company with
1. An amazing reputation to have on resume.
2. Excellent perks
3. Very strong compensation
4. Products you actually use
5. Strong connections
6. Maybe the best training
7. Job stability especially as we face a recession.
So there is no downsize in joining Google. Once you are pushed out Google you can then move to smaller company.
