OMG! OH MY GOD! I finally just answered a question that I've been stuck on for days! Thank Can you do a similar video for the range equation please?

can we solve the Hmax problem by doing the derivative of y(t) and the set it to zero, solve for the maximum time and apply it in the original y(t) (because the vilocity changes when it reaches the maximum height it goes from possitive before attending the maximum to zero at the maximum and then negative after reaching the maximun)

I don't quite understand the operation of the 2g(delta y) in the equation.

at 2:38 can anyone explain for me why when it's reach maximum height, v is equals 0?

Can anyone explain this in English for someone without a degree? I've been trying to find this out for days. All I have is weight and diameter of projectile, initial velocity and range.

Probably a silly question,
but lets say the height that it was fired at was at 30ft, would this way of solving still work to find max. height?

better if theres an example than just a formula
