This is great info. In particular the tip about immediately changing the highlighted selection by rotating the wheels is golden; and the follow-up of doing the same thing with the alternate Display mode screen.

This is so great for photographers jumping into Sony's ecosystem. Thank you so much Mark! One question would be I can only go through the Fn sub Menus only with the front dial and not the back dial, is this a setting that I could change?

On the A1, I wish Sony put back the drive mode/self timer in the Fn Menu or rear dial, as working in the dark it is hard to see the top dial, or using gloves when shooting in the snow. Using the memory recall to set the drive mode (except self timer), is also just as fiddly as the dial mode. Mark any idea why they changed this from other A models?

Hi Mark, Can you blank out all the items in the Movie section of the Fn menu, I don't use Movie mode ever.
