Pulling Down Strongholds | Spiritual Warfare

We need to understand pulling down strongholds is something we do in people not in the heavens 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. This spiritual warfare takes place by "casting down imaginations" or bringing every argument and obstacle that stands against the knowledge of God into captivity to the Truth that is in Christ Jesus. It's not the same as casting out a demon that is controlling someone. The best example we have for this is the epistles of the apostles. They address all kinds of issues including sin by speaking to their lack of understanding and correcting it. No mention of demonic entities and the need for deliverance in that sense of the word. Let's not forget how powerful the Word of God that created the cosmos is. If you believe and receive God's Word it bears much fruit. James says the engrafted word is able to save your souls (restore your psyche to health). This is what changes our walk with God and causes us to be doers of the word not just hearers only.

On Point! I have been working on my mind and making my thoughts captive. Learning to be humble and admitting to God when I get irrational in my thoughts. Spent decades in wrong thinking of the word. Correct! This is what the scriptures means by renewing your mind. Only the word of God has the power to renew or re-creat our minds. Changing the way we think. This sets us free. It’s almost as if chains just break once we know the truth.

Amen. May God raise up anointed workers in every field to demolish strongholds and every 'high and lofty' thing that stands against the knowledge of God.
May God send His Holy Spirit in power on this generation to convict us all of our sins and whichever judgement we will face and bring people to Jesus to know His righteousness.
