I chose a transparent background, but the image shows the "transparent background"/ grey/white checkerboard pattern - any tips to get it to truly show as transparent? Also, is there a way to change to a different photo after one has been selected? Thank you!

Hi! Great tutorial. I followed your instructions but even after copy/pasting an image with a transparent background, the folder icon still retains the background along with the image....do you know how I can fix this?

Okay so I Wass struggling with the white background. To remove the white bg all you need to do is "Copy subject" instead of "Copy image".

Is there a way to hide the Icon file that is left inside the folder after you place the image on a folder? It's hell of annoying that you keep finding this random icon file all over the place once you customize said folder.

unfortunately, nothing happens when I paste the PNG (icon /folder just blinks once) - could it be locked?

when i try do paste the image it doesn't show up, it just shows the pdf default image. What did i do wrong?
