Im a bit between the normal-overweight range but i can confirm that losing weight is much harder than gaining weight. When you eat little you always crave more as a fat person. When you are skinny just eat calorie dense foods

life can feel like a crippling burden that bears down onto your heart and everyday feels like a slow, deafening path. and i get that life can feel meaningless. i can tell you’re done. done with everything. just want to find some escape, either if that has led you to violent thoughts or just to feel careless and live every day with no enthusiasm. but please, listen to my words. life is a gift. more than a gift, it’s an experience. and you deserve to feel alive and healthy and happy for once. do you remember those days when you were younger, when hope and curiosity filled your conscience? when your eyes widened in fascination and you felt alive, experiencing the world and what you could achieve. i know these days are different than those now, and that’s okay. because one thing ive learned is that experience is what makes you grow. you may think that once you hit the rock bottom, you’re done for. and you may also think there’s no use in fixing your life, but you’re wrong. because a truly beautiful life is one who goes through pain. pain helps us grow as a person, and make us stronger in the end. let’s say two people are extremely rich, successful, famous, or whatever you deem as your deepest goal in life. the one who has had the “perfect” life will be easy to fall when they start getting hurt and hate. they’re always used to being praised. they are frail, but still have hope to grow. they just still have some growing to do. the other one, who has been through heartbreak or loss or pain or rejection already, will truly find their worth through themselves and their beliefs about life, not the people around them. and so, when they receive hate or rejection, they’ll leave unscathed. they know that they are far too worthy to be caught up on people who don’t care about them. and so, where you are is simply a place of growth, whenever someone may go through it. and whenever you get through this, you’re going to come out stronger. so keep your head up. you are already strong from going through this. every breath you take and withdraw into your lungs is a glimpse of the beauty within your life. you are so strong, even if you don’t think you are. maybe it’s because you cry when you’re alone. maybe it’s because you feel vulnerable. but crying and vulnerability is not weakness. it only expresses your strength. everytime you cry you get a little bit stronger :) it’s all a part of building strength and growing throughout your life. and vulnerability. being vulnerable to someone else means you have trust to be vulnerable around them, and that’s strength right there to have a trust like that. i don’t know you, but maybe someone betrayed that trust and now you feel isolated. or maybe someone passed away in your life. maybe it’s because you feel unloved. or neglected. or maybe you feel unhappy with yourself. if you’re unhappy with yourself, remember this. you’re absolutely beautiful. and you may think those words are simply to comfort you, but they have roots that run deep. i mean it. you are beautiful. your eyes are so beautiful. whatever lovely color they are, a beautiful brown that looks like a vat of honey in the sunlight. or a deep, dark color that has that shimmer in it. or a blue, that looks like the waves of an ocean. or a hazel, with streams of different colors. maybe it’s a green, like a mine filled with rare emeralds. or, an amber, a striking yet soft beauty. or maybe you’re somewhere in between one of those colors. either way, throughout all of those colors, there was still beauty in all of them. even if they’re all different, they still withhold some type of beauty. there’s beauty in all of your features, even if they’re different from someone else’s. but there’s still just as much beauty in it, even if you can’t see it. your ugly is my beautiful. if you don’t fit in with “society’s standards” you’re unique and amazing! whether you are tall, short, or in between, your height is perfect the way it is. your hair isn’t too straight or too curly. your skin isn’t too pale or too dark. your body isn’t too fat or too skinny (however if you have a life threatening condition, please seek help, but even if you have that condition, it doesn’t mean your body isn’t beautiful. because it truly is, not matter how it looks.) appearance is merely the body that our soul is in. we are more than just flesh. we have a mind and a heart that can lead us and guide us. we make decisions and have unique personalities. we’re all designed to be beautiful in our own way. if you feel unloved, know that i love you. im typing this just for you, just so i can at least have the chance to help even one person. feeling unloved and unworthy of love is a terrible feeling. you are SO SO worthy. you deserve to feel loved.i love you so much. no matter who you are, i would give you a hug right now. just know that. someone out there in the world is thinking about you. and i love you so much. believe me when i see that you’re hurting, even if no one else does. i see that pain behind your eyes that you try to hide. your smiles aren’t real anymore. what i would give to see one of those beautiful smiles… but i know feelings can’t be forced. well, they can, but they just aren’t real. which is why all of this is worth restoring. i miss you. i know that maybe you’ve been distant, or maybe you act like everything is okay when really it isn’t. but i hope you know that someone out there cares. my favorite animal is a butterfly. i hope that if you ever see one in the sky, fluttering around you, you’ll think of these words. from an anonymous stranger. but one that cares about you. you aren’t alone in this. i’m here for you and always will be. if the people around you can’t relate, you know that someone can here. i wish i could give you a comforting and soft hug right now, and i promise i care about you so much.

As a person who was formerly really skinny. I have experienced these things. It was either I was too big or too small I would either over eat or under eat, and I felt like I would never get the perfect size. Until I started working out eating less and watching my calories. After all of that hard work for months, I still don't feel accomplished. Even though people say tha i should be proud, I don't feel like I'm proud. I should have loved myself, no matter how big I was or skinny, I was just too insecure.IbProud at first, but I still see people getting bullied and it hurts me because I was once like that person.
