If I'm understanding the lyrics correctly, then the song sounds like this to me: The first half of the song is about a mother looking at her child, unable to offer them comfort in their struggles because she thinks they're trivial. She is taught that victims of poverty and low privilege deserve pity, but no comfort and so treats her child the same, telling them to suck it up.
The second verse after the chorus sounds like the child becoming jaded toward their mother, already used to being told to move on and stop crying about things, but still there is a sense of "you don't understand why I feel this way, so I'll make you feel the same way I do" and unfortunately, their solution is suicide. They lament being born but feel like this is the only way their mother will relate to them.
The end of the song is the child's last attempt at driving the point home to their mother that she should have offered comfort or even a crumb of pity to her now dead child. "To the lowest of victims, offer love" sounds like something the mother would have learned in her youth and now the child is mocking her with it.

To me, this song is about invilidating others struggles as if they don't have a reason to feel the way they do or even your own struggles. Sometimes, it's common for a parent to tell their child to basically "suck it up" because when they got sad, they toughened up, and it's also just as common for a child or teen or anyone in general struggling with depression or thoughts to think that they're overreacting and others go through worse. Yes, some people that struggle in life think they're overreacting themself and need to toughen up. Not to mention, the mocking-sounding tone. I really love this song, though.

I've never really felt fear or anxiety while listening to a song, but I must admit that this one...gives me chills. The lyrics are poetic and yet so explicit...the heartbeats that you can hear if you listen carefully...This music reflects a dark aspect of a relationship between a mother and her child, playing on the sound details and the meaning of the words. This music makes my blood run cold every time I hear it, and yet, I couldn't get enough of it. Congratulations to Maretu for this dark but beautiful music

I was listening to this in the dark and had my phone flipped over, though as it was flipped over there was little light that still illuminated from it and created a shadow. This shadow, however, had scared me so bad to throw my phone at it, ultimately cracking my phone.
