I was given a form by identity malta called “GDPR form”and they requested for an identity document number in it, please do u understand this?

Good evening maaa. I did malta study visa interview since 22nd of April 2024 and I am supposed to travel on 25th of May 2024 as my induction is on 27th of May 2024. Till now, I haven't gotten my visa neither have I recieved any mail from VFS, what should I do?? Should I write to the embassy for explanation???
