If you're on the highway bridge that crosses the dam on a windy day, the wind blowing underneath the bridge creates an updraft.

When you look over the edge of this enormous damn down toward the power plant, you get the strangest feeling like you are being pulled over the wall and about to fall 700 feet to your death. Of course I'm afraid of heights so there's that.
