Aoashi - The Next Great Sports Anime?

Aoashi is creating a really strong case for itself as a great sports anime, but can it stick the landing?

This is my first sports anime and i legitimately love it, got that invested that I'm almost caught up with the manga. And Akutsu does get great character development and backstory but that will happen in S2 or S3 if this show goes on for that long. Very good anime this is just hope it doesn't mess it up. Anyways first time seeing you great video!

All my instincts are telling me that you should probably watch captain Tsubasa, avoid Blue lock and Inazuma 11 (last one being based on a DS game series)

I am not a sport anime person or any of them either… So umm…

Volleyball, Soccer and Basketball. When things get personal it makes the major difference.

Also it wrong from the description slightly the football character as Bakugo and Naruto mix.

Personally I disagree with you on your oppinion of Akutsu. I see him as a classic defender like vidic or maybe Roy Keane, who demands full commitment and that the best players represent his club. If u start reading the manga, you learn why he is like. You can see people like him in the modern game like Zlatan.

In all fairness, shooting a basketball from the other side of the field is not entirely out of the realm of possibility. At least, I've had classmates in high school who liked to show it off
