Kinda sad that Lordi weren't on this list. Finland broke the mold for eurovision songs completely by sending literal demons onto stage and winning for the first time in Finnish history.

The UK's reaction to Eurovision is always pretty funny. Our coverage is wall-to-wall snark, the commentary drips with sarcasm, we send either someone who works as a singer at a holiday camp or a washed-up singer from the 80's.
And yet every time we complain that the voting was biased against us and THAT'S why we didn't win!

The Irish population actually voted for him to represent Ireland in Eurovision, and because of it, it was the last time we were allowed to vote in our acts...
