Here's a bit of context for each one in the list:

Albania - the brass swell underneath that minor 10th juicy chord.
Armenia - the lovely whistle melody played by the even lovelier whistle player.
Australia - backing vocal layers adding more of a rhythmic gospel vibe.
Austria - the addition of the breakbeat here changing up the rhythms/expanding the creative ideas of the song a bit more.
Belgium - the delicate first chorus reminds me of melted cadbury dairy milk. Smooth af.
Croatia - that random but very well thought through switch up in the genre - genius move by Baby Lasagne.
Cyprus - very quiet guitar/stringed instrument providing a glimmer of Cypriot sound. Just a glimmer.
Czechia - guitar embellishments giving the song a bit more character and edge.
Denmark - the beautiful middle 8 moving into a slightly unexpected tonal centre.
Estonia - the pulsating beat accompanied with the fun performance and stringed instrument.
Finland - the campery of it all, and that interesting synth towards the end reminds me of a videogame.
France - his vocals.
Georgia - that unexpected high G note mixed in with those insanely beautiful strings.
Germany - the development of the chorus melody so it doesn't go stale.
Greece - in short, we haven't really had a tonal centre yet/western tonic chord to follow up until this point. The backing vocals provide a moment of release and introduce an unexpected chord progression which so decadently blends with the Greek oboes and Marina's ad libs. Insane.
Iceland - a bit of extra chorus melody. Unlike Germany, the song is already stale so this part is a bit like waking it up by dunking some bread in milk + eggs in preparation to make French toast. However, no pan is heated and no bread gets fried, or eaten. It's a tease.
Ireland - the contrast between the hard and soft tone of the chorus, pre-chorus and verse in this song.
Italy - the introduction of the musical conversation between the guitars and brass here, all playing underneath Angelina. Genius.
Latvia - the outro is sombre and leaves the listener wanting more, instead of ending the song on a load note.
Lithuania - amazing instrumental and lighting show in the middle section. Great sound design here.
Luxembourg - I like the backing vocals and how seamlessly the pre-chorus blends into the chorus.
Malta - it's catchy and her dance moves are really great.
Moldova - live violin playing, interesting change up in the song.
Netherlands - the gabber jaw-drop moment. Iconic. I'm so emotionally overwhelmed by what I'm hearing that I can't head bang. Don't worry though, I've been playing this in my garden and gabber dancing!
Norway - the song falls together like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle at that chorus. So good.
Poland - the sound design on the synths is great here.
Portugal - really interest backing vocals as part of the texture.
San Marino - Spanish guitar.
Serbia - the way her vocals get higher towards the end, decorating the original melody line.
Slovenia - the build up towards the end of this song is infectious and dramatic. The operatic high notes.
Spain - great synths!
Sweden - synth melody comes in an octave higher, really tense moment.
Switzerland - the piano here is dramatic and uses some chromatic notes, with that DnB beat coming back in. So special.
UK - the spoken word bit underpinned by the C Maj-Minor shift.
Ukraine - the chanting backing vocals underneath the rap are a very original and interesting choice!

Honestly every year you're preping me for Eurovision, and this year I wanted to wait and hear the songs for the first time during the show. When I saw you started posting your reactions I gave up and ended up watching all your reactions and listened to all of the songs for the first time on your channel 💀 but tbh it was great discovering them while you're reacting bcs I got a more objective opinion on each 🙈😝deffo worth it
