I’m in Uganda, Africa. I’ve been at the lowest points of life several times, friends come, take and go, I’m a ‘family reject’ because at a certain time I wasn’t good enough. A friend of mine was in a band opening for Journey a couple of years ago, and we were backstage and I asked him how this tour was going. He said it was one of the best (out of 50 years!!) and would I like to meet Neil! HELL YES!!! Neil was absolutely one of the kindest souls I've ever met; quiet and humble and so gracious. He gave me as much time as I wanted and brought his wife out to greet me, too. Such a nice man, and showing up for Richard like this is now I realize, so typical of him.
