It's been about nine months since I came across your channel. I watch and learn when I have the time (not every day). At the beginning I understood absolutely no Russian.
Now with this story, I first listened without the video, on my walk, with just the audio on my headphones and I could follow the story quite well (one or two moments of misunderstandings ) . What's more, it's a story I wasn't familiar with, unlike Masha and the Three Bears etc which are universally known. I see that I've made a lot of progress! All thanks to you Sergey! Now I will sit and watch it, to understand fully and learn more vocabulary.
