You guys didn't mention SARTO? They are 100% custom hand made Italian carbon bikes, completely made in house. Everything from geometry, paint, carbon weave finish, bb standard, etc... is chosen by the customer. They even produce their own carbon stems, handlebars, seat posts, bottle cages, and saddles. Their attention to detail and finishing work is immaculate. I hope you add them to your list

Thanks I didn't know about most of them. Other than English and 51 for some reasons. You should talk about Marinoni in Quebec Canada. They make incredible bikes and you can choose paint colours but they also make them out of different materials. They are very nice people as well. A friend just got an incredible track bike from them. Cheers !

I attended NABHS in Sacramento a couple years back. On the Carbon fiber frames front, Crumpton, Purlee, Calfee are all pretty ridiculously nice but the lugged fill carbon frames from Bill Holland most tidy with near perfect fit and finish up close. I agree Rob English's stuff was exceptional up close and very dynamic. Other thoughts, Retrotec's by Inglis are best looking (I'm bias I own one with S&S couplers for travel), SoulCraft had the cleanest welds and from work horse/ride/race into the ground you just can't beat RockLobster. Honorable mention to Paragon Machine works who provide all the dropouts, BB shells, and Head tubes who help keep full custom frame more affordable since small builders don't have to spend hours fabricating all those complex pieces.
